I use the d eglet nour , which is a variety of dates native Tolga , near Biskra , in the region of Zibans , of Touggourt , in the region of Wadi Righ and in the region of suff , in Algeria . D eglet nour is extra soft, fleshy and its skin is very thin, its color is light, golden and translucent, its core is small. Placed in front of a light source, the core shines through like a desert diamond.
